CRNA – $150,000 Signing Bonus (Paid in Full at Start)

Full-Time | W-2 | Hospital & Outpatient Settings
No Visa Sponsorship | Minimum 1 Year Experience Required

$150,000 Signing & Retention Bonus

• W-2 CRNAs only
• Must start on or before September 1, 2026
• Paid in full at start date
• 3-year commitment

Compensation

Annual Base (40 hours) – Effective 1/1/2026:

• 0–3 years: $213,000
• 4–6 years: $222,000
• 6+ years: $235,000

Each tier increases:
• +$5,000 on 1/1/2027
• +$5,000 on 1/1/2028

Hourly range: $175–$220
Overtime paid at 200% of hourly rate

Call not mandatory (optional opportunities available)

Position Overview

CRNAs practice under anesthesiologist supervision in a collaborative care model providing:

• Pre-anesthesia assessments
• General, regional, and IV sedation
• Airway management
• Pain management
• Post-anesthesia care
• Emergency response (ACLS)
