Pediatrician – 4-Day Work Week at a State-of-the-Art Clinic in Newport News, VA

HealthPlus Staffing is partnering with a state-of-the-art Pediatrics clinic in Newport News, VA, seeking a Pediatrician to join their dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for both new graduates and experienced physicians to work in a modern, supportive environment with a highly skilled support staff.

Position Details:

• Work Schedule: 4-day work weeks, with a rotating Saturday every 4th Saturday (9:00 AM – 12:00 PM)
• Patient Volume: 26-28 patients per day
• Scribe Onsite: No charting required—just focus on patient care
• Support Staff: RNs and LPNs (no MAs)
• Team Structure: 4 providers on staff at all times, a combination of Pediatricians and Pediatric NPs.

Compensation:

• New Grads: $180K – $200K
• Experienced: $200K+ (negotiable based on experience)
