Leo Ortiz is the President and Co-Founder of HealthPlus Staffing, where he leads the company’s day-to-day operations and is responsible for translating strategic vision into consistent execution. He oversees the operational performance of the organization, ensuring every department, process, and initiative is aligned to deliver exceptional service to clients while supporting the company’s continued growth.

With extensive experience in healthcare recruitment, operations, and organizational leadership, Leo has built a reputation for creating scalable systems, developing high-performing teams, and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. His disciplined approach to execution has been instrumental in establishing the operational framework that enables HealthPlus to grow while maintaining the quality, responsiveness, and client experience the company is known for.

As Co-Founder, Leo has worked alongside Chief Executive Officer Nader Atoui since the company’s inception, helping shape the strategy, culture, and operating principles that have guided HealthPlus through every stage of its growth. Together, they also co-developed the HealthPlus Franchise System, extending the company’s proven business model into a platform that empowers experienced recruiters to build businesses of their own.

Away from work, Leo enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. He values the discipline, resilience, and continuous learning that both family life and martial arts instill, believing those same principles are fundamental to effective leadership and long-term success.
