With extensive experience in healthcare recruitment, operations, and organizational leadership, Leo has built a reputation for creating scalable systems, developing high-performing teams, and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. His disciplined approach to execution has been instrumental in establishing the operational framework that enables HealthPlus to grow while maintaining the quality, responsiveness, and client experience the company is known for.
As Co-Founder, Leo has worked alongside Chief Executive Officer Nader Atoui since the company's inception, helping shape the strategy, culture, and operating principles that have guided HealthPlus through every stage of its growth. Together, they also co-developed the HealthPlus Franchise System, extending the company's proven business model into a platform that empowers experienced recruiters to build businesses of their own.
Away from work, Leo enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. As CEO, he oversees the enterprise as a whole, ensuring alignment across every division while leading the company's strategic initiatives, business development, brand evolution, and expansion efforts.
With expertise spanning healthcare recruitment, business strategy, organizational growth, and franchise development, Nader has built a reputation for identifying opportunities, developing scalable business models, and creating organizations positioned for sustained success. His leadership philosophy is centered on disciplined execution, long-term thinking, and empowering exceptional people to achieve extraordinary results.
Since co-founding HealthPlus, Nader has worked alongside President and Co-Founder Leo Ortiz to transform the company into one of the nation's fastest-growing healthcare recruitment firms, serving healthcare systems, hospitals, physician groups, and private practices across the United States.
