  • Bonus based on RVU production
  • Quality bonus potential – 10% of base salary

  • $40,000 Sign-on bonus
  • $30,000 total retention bonus
  • $15,000 in relocation rembursement
  • 33 days of PTO
  • 5 days + $6,000 CME annually
