Urgent Care Physician – High compensation & Flexible schedules – Salem, OR

HealthPlus Staffing is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Urgent Care Physician to join a well-established clinic offering an exceptional opportunity with a $275,000 base salary and quarterly production bonuses.

Position Details:

• Base Salary: $275,000 salary plus the potential for quaterly bonuses
• Full-Time: 17 shifts per month
• Schedule: Monday – Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Saturday & Sunday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Clinic Hours: Open 7 days a week; closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas
• Patient Mix: Adults (50%), Geriatric (25%), Pediatrics (25%)
• No call requirements, no hospital privileges needed
• Workload: Combination of scheduled and walk-in visits

Qualifications:

• Board-Certified/Board-Eligible in Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine
• Passion for providing high-quality, patient-centered care
