Ryan Kuhlman is the Chief Franchise Officer of HealthPlus Expansion Group, where he leads the company’s franchise development, franchisee growth, and long-term expansion strategy. With more than 30 years of entrepreneurial experience, Ryan has built and scaled multiple successful businesses, earning a reputation for developing high-performing organizations and helping entrepreneurs achieve sustainable, long-term success.

Widely recognized for his leadership within the real estate investment industry, Ryan has been one of South Florida’s most successful real estate investors for more than 25 years. From 2018 through 2023, he served as President of the National Real Estate Investors Association, leading one of the nation’s most influential organizations dedicated to supporting real estate investors and business owners through education, mentorship, and professional development.

At HealthPlus Expansion Group, Ryan works closely with prospective and existing franchise partners, guiding them through every stage of franchise ownership. As both Chief Franchise Officer and a HealthPlus franchise owner—holding the exclusive Primary Care territory throughout South Florida and the Pediatrics territory across the Southern United States, spanning 16 states—he brings a unique perspective rooted in firsthand experience. His focus is on helping franchisees build scalable, sustainable businesses while delivering long-term value to the communities they serve.
