As CEO, he oversees the enterprise as a whole, ensuring alignment across every division while leading the company’s strategic initiatives, business development, brand evolution, and expansion efforts.

Since co-founding HealthPlus, Nader has worked alongside President and Co-Founder Leo Ortiz to transform the company into one of the nation’s fastest-growing healthcare recruitment firms, serving healthcare systems, hospitals, physician groups, and private practices across the United States. Together, they also established HealthPlus Expansion Group, extending the company’s proven operating model into a franchise platform designed to help experienced recruiters build successful businesses of their own.
